Fixing an older esthetic restauration.

The patient suffered from a offset center line. The bite was crossed at the sides. Dental gums were not harmonious. Teeth were very worn from daily use.

A Digital Smile Design approach previewed the end result. A mock-up preview was applied so the patient could experience, see and feel the final result before therapy was initiated. The FULL SMILE process aligned the position and fit of teeth, restoring both look and function.

With special fine tuning, the position of lips and facial contours were adjusted to maximize the natural beauty and presence of the patient. The lateral height of the bite was increased by 2mm, thus also restoring the length of the face frontal by 6mm to achieve optimal facial proportions.

Frontal teeth were micro adjusted to tilt outwards, adjusting the lip back into a fully aligned position.

The smile is now strong, full and now projects confidence.
